	In 2003 I was told of Neil and Healthy Smiles when I had an emergency with a crown. Three years later, I had become so reliant on HS that when I had another dental problem I immediately flew from my work station in Haiti to be treated by Neil in Kathmandu. It was then that I realised that Neil is not my dentist in Kathmandu, but my dentist full stop. It is hard to imagine not having Neil as my dentist wherever in the world I end up! And it is hard to imagine finding better professional treatment, the level of which is matched by the obvious personal interest in and commitment to well-being of the patient.
